SP Whisper provides custom audio messages using voice cloning and AI personalization. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Custom Content

All audio content is generated based on your submitted voice notes, preferences, and scripts. You are solely responsible for ensuring the content you provide does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

You may use the audio files for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not resell, distribute, or publicly share the content unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days via email or download link. Delays may occur due to incomplete submissions or technical issues.

No Refunds

Due to the personalized and digital nature of the service, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided if there is a technical error (e.g., corrupt file, no delivery).

Use of Voice AI

By submitting a voice note, you consent to its use solely for the creation of your audio messages. SP Whisper will not use your audio for any other purpose without written consent.

Privacy

All personal data and voice content are handled confidentially. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Liability

SP Whisper is not liable for any emotional or psychological reactions resulting from the use of custom audio content. These are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of our service implies acceptance of the latest version.
